Okay, so we went to this place multiple times during our week long adventure in Door County. I seriously wish there was something identical to this in the Twin Cities. Then again, my wallet might not appreciate it as I would keep purchasing more art projects to work on. And it’s not that the price is outrageous by any means, I just would keep getting more and more things to do. It’s a walk-in art experience where everyone pays a studio fee of $7 to use the four studio spaces spread out over 8,000 square feet. There are many types of projects that you can do on the premise as well including: fused glass, jewelry, metal sculptures, mosaics, spin art, and painting on wood, metal, and ceramic pieces. Projects range in prices averaging from $10 – $40 but they can be more depending on what you select. The price is typically on the bottom of the piece or listed near the materials. Since ceramic, fused glass and mosaic projects do need finishing touches touch as being heated up or grouted, they are available for pick up the following day after 2:30 PM. If needed, they can ship the pieces to you created as well.
