Since I have already reviewed the formula of two palettes from Ace Beaute, I figured I do something different with the next palette which is the Vintage Dawn palette by doing three different looks using only this palette. This palette was released with the Scarlet Dusk palette, but unlike that palette this one isn’t as monotoned. However, it does include 12 shadows that were inspired by sunrises around the world (though I’m not sure what sunrises have green not that I’m complaining as I love the shade) for $34.99.

The shades included in this palette are:
- Sun– Goldish Yellow
- Daybreak– Amber yellow
- Horizon– Orange
- Gleam- Burnt Red
- Grand Canyon– Orange Brown
- Golden hour– Rust Brown
- Pyramid- Earth Brown
- Fade- Clay Brown
- Serengeti- Warm Gold
- Cactus- Army Green
- Sky– Royal Blue
- Dew- Silver Blue
Look 1
This first look I ended up wearing to see Little Women, I’ll have my thoughts up on that movie along with some other things this weekend in a Pop Culture Download. And the shadow stood up really well, even through tears. So, I’d say that’s a good marking towards the quality of these shadows. The shades I used to create this look were: Cactus throughout my crease then layered with Day Break in the inner half. Then I used Sun to highlight the brow bone and inner corner. Next I layered up the outer-V using a combination of Cactus and Fade. Then across my lid I used Serengeti on the inner half of my lid and Golden Hour on the outer half. To complete the lower lash line I smoked it out with Pyramid then used a touch of Day Break on the inner half to keep the look consistent throughout. On my lashes I’m wearing Azeredo Cosmetics Hollywood False Lashes (Use Code MAE10 for 10% off any of their products). And I have Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour Liquid Lipstick in Family Jewels on my lips.
Look 2
This look was inspired by the namestake, dawn, with this sunrise moment. I started out with the shade Day Break throughout my upper crease then layered with Horizon followed by Grand Canyon then used Pyramid in the outer corner. On my lids I did a gradient of the metallic shades: Sun, Serengeti, Golden Hour, and Gleam from the inner lid to the outer lid. Next I used the crease shades to smoke out my lower lash line. Then in the waterline I used ColourPop Creme Gel Liner in Punch. On my lashes I’m wearing Azeredo Cosmetics Legendary False Lashes and ColourPop x Disney Lux Liquid Lip in Prince Naveen.
Look 3
The last look I did using this palette I had to make use of the two stunning blue shades. So, I started out with Horizon and Grand Canyon in the crease then deepened it using Pyramid. Next I applied Sky on the outer half of my lid and Dew on the inner half mixing the two together to get more of a fade from one side to the other. Then to get the orange tones to mesh with the blue, I took a mixture of Sky and Fade in the outer corner and applied a silver glitter liner from NYX. For lashes I’m wearing half of the Irresistible lashes from Azeredo Cosmetics and on my lips I have Weekender liquid lipstick by Anastasia Beverly Hills.
