3 Looks 1 Palette – Kaleidos Makeup Futurism V: Electro-Turquoise Palette

Continuing on with the neon color, we’re going with the teal and orange end of things with the Kaleidos Makeup summer limited edition Futurism V: Electro-Turquoise palette. Like the other palette from this collection, I am going to do a 3 Looks 1 Palette style review of the palette. This palette like their previous ones contains 6 shades, with four mattes, a duo-chrome, and a metallic for $24.

The shades are as followed:

  • Wired: A smooth dark chocolate brown matte.
  • Digiteal: A supercharged deep teal blue matte.
  • TRON: A sparkling aqua blue duochrome infused with golden-green iridescence.
  • Voltaic: A high-voltage neon tangerine matte.
  • Forcefield: cyan blue matte with impenetrable coverage.
  • Shockwave: A sparkling white platinum metallic with a blast of frosted diamond iridescence.

Look 1

This look I wanted to focus on the teal shades of the palette. So I stared out with Forcefield throughout the crease then used TRON across my lids. Next I used Shockwave in the inner corner and deepened the outer corner with Digiteal. Next I took the matte shades from this look to smoke out the lower lash line. In my waterline I’m wearing ColourPop Creme Gel Liner in Zulu.

Look 2

The next look is a little out there as I was experimenting, but I actually don’t mind how it turned out. To start with I used Voltaic in the inner half of my crease then took Forcefield in the outer half being careful with blending the two in the middle so the color didn’t look muddy. Since orange and blue are complementary colors. Then I took Shockwave across my entire lid and used Digiteal to deepen the outer corner. Then I used Voltaic and Digiteal to smoke out my lower lash line. Next to add onto the look I used ColourPop BFF Liquid Liner in The Hills to define the crease and add three dots under my black winged eyeliner (NYX Epic Ink Liner that I always use). I haven’t been in a false lash mood so I’m just using some Essence Volume Stylist Lash Extension Mascara for my lashes.

Look 3

The last look is sort of a mixture of the first look with the second look. In that I stared out with Forcefield throughout the crease then used Shockwave across the lid and deepened the outer corner with Digiteal. Next I used ColourPop Creme Gel Colour in Puppy to add a line in my crease and ColourPop Creme Gel Liner in Puppy in my waterline. Next, I smoked out the lower lash line with Voltaic and a bit of Boss from the Futurism IV: VR Neon palette which is a more true orange neon shade. Then I used ColourPop BFF Liquid Liner in Grande for a wing and blurred out the edges with Wired for more of a defused liner look. I took that brown shadow as well in the outer corner of my lower lash line to deepen it a bit. Then I applied ColourPop BFF Mascara in Brownie Points to the top and bottom lashes.

Yes, very unique color story that you don’t see in a lot of other palettes on the market at the moment.

I heard such great things about these palettes, I really like the one that is similar to the Melt cosmetics Gemini palette! Great post by the way! 🙂
