Animal Crossing New Horizons: What 10 Villagers I Would Love to Have?

One of my favorite things to do in Animal Crossing New Horizons is interacting with my villagers. Now, I do have ten villagers but there are some I would prefer it if they weren’t on my island. So, in a dream world (or what I’m going to try to make happen) these are the villagers I would love to have living on my island with me. Some of these I already have, so I have made some progress towards this.

The numbers don’t mean anything, other than I was keeping track of the number of villagers.

1. Beau

He is a lazy type deer, but he’s so freaking cute! I would LOVE for him to be on my island. He would fit in great with everyone else since I have a laid back vibe with tons of flowers, bushes, and trees to give it that natural feel.

2. Fauna

She’s a normal type deer that I just love, I had her in Pocket Camp and have been wanting her on my island since I got the game. Plus, she’s just freaking cute.

3. Sherb

I want him in the worst way. From what I’ve seen of others online that have him, he’s an OCD, dyslectic, lazy goat. I’m currently working on figuring out what day someone wants to move out, hope it’s not one of the few I want to keep then get them to leave so I can try to find Sherb.

4. Erik

I already have Erik on my island, I got him through an Amiibo card. And I couldn’t be happier with this lazy deer that loves winter. His entire house is ice and snow. Yes, I’m well aware I have three deer on this list and a lot of lazy types, but honestly they are my favorite.

5. Cherry

She is a sisterly dog, who is a goth queen. This is another villager that I had in Pocket Camp and fell in love with. She has pierced ears, red/pink fur and wears a spider web shirt. I have another sisterly individual on my island at the moment, Deirdre and I do love her which makes me know even more that I want/love Cherry.

Sorry, Deirdre. You’re great and all, but you’re not Cherry and you were one of the original, so your house has like nothing in it no matter how much I try to help you. For deer sake, you still sleep in a sleeping bag even though I got you a perfect new bed to switch it with.

6. Jeremiah

I don’t know why I love so many lazy type villagers, but he was a surprise one that moved in and I can’t get rid of this little guy. He loves food and says all of the cutest things. Plus, he loves his bugs and fruit.

7. Skye

I have her already on my island, she was one of the three villagers that moved in the second batch with Jeremiah. I met her on one of the mystery islands and I love that she is just so into reading. Any time I come across a new book themed item I give it to her. Which I find interesting, as out of curiosity I looked up what other people have for her, and it’s very different. Maybe it’s because she was one of the first three over, but I like how her house is. Sometimes she has a stack of books on the dresser and other times she doesn’t. She is a normal type villager.

8. Bubbles

Bubbles is a villager I got when I was starting out and needed three villagers to move in, and honestly I can’t get rid of her. She’s peppy, and though that’s not 100% my vibe she’s grown on me.

9. Raymond

I don’t know what it is about this villager, but I want him. He’s a smug cat with complete heterochromia eyes (one brown and one green). I already have a smug villager, and I wasn’t a massive fan of that personality but that doesn’t stop me from wanting Raymond on my island. A friend of mine currently has him, and I’m beyond jealous.

10. Wendy

I already have Wendy, she’s a peppy sheep that like Bubbles wants to be a pop star one day. Her house is dreamy themed.

I do love two of my other villagers: Antonio (jock anteater) and Deirdre (sisterly deer), but they were the first that joined the island with me and their houses are so bland. If they happen to move out and I come across them again, I would happily invite them back. Also if I came across Stitches (lazy type bear that looks like patchwork), Molly (normal type duck), Audie (peppy wolf) or Lucky (lazy dog that looks like a mummy) I would happily invite them to the island.
