Smile Brilliant has asked to partner with me again to review their CariPRO Ultrasonic Electric Toothbrush. Which if you’ve been following me on Twitter or Instagram, you’ll know this last month I’ve been heavily focused on my 2020 goal of finally addressing my teeth. I ended up getting all my wisdom teeth removed and I have a lot of other work that still needs to be done. So, when Smile Brilliant asked if they could send their electric toothbrush to me in exchange for a review I was all for it, since I was recommended by my new dentist to switch to this style.

Before getting into my opinions on the toothbrush here are the claims of the CariPRO Electric toothbrush:

My Thoughts
I’ve had electric toothbrushes in the past, they always had just one mode and I didn’t notice that much of a difference with them. Then again, I also had braces at the time and wasn’t good about my teeth health in general. Which has led me to the certain point of time. One thing I have an issue with is my gums, so the gum care option is something that really interested me. As well as the other options to get my teeth back into a good condition (with all the cavities aside that need to be addressed by a dentist aside).
So, I tried each of the modes that are two minutes long with 30 second pulses might for each section of your teeth (left and right, top and bottom) and wanted to give you my thoughts on each of them:
CLEAN
The Clean mode is the base setting for this toothbrush. It does exactly what your manual toothbrush is supposed to do, on a Dentist style level.
WHITE
This is the super mode as it goes a little bit harder on your teeth to work at cleaning off the surface stains from pop to coffee to you name it. I wouldn’t recommend doing this setting daily since it is a more intense brushing. Plus with the state my gums are in, I can’t use this that much at this current time but hopefully I’ll be able to use it on a more alternating basis in the future.
MASSAGE
This setting is best paired with either the white setting, sensitive, or clean as it’s an extra step to treat your gums. It’s only 30 seconds, and I’ve been doing it twice a week after my initial brushing.
GUM CARE
Speaking of gums, this setting is for that and my gums are thankful for it. It’s a lower setting of light brushing that massages your gums and gets the circulation going. My gums usually bleed after brushing my teeth, so this mode is helping to get them in a better state where they don’t do that. It’s still not at one hundred percent fixed, but it’s getting better thanks to this toothbrush. I can see in another week, they’ll be back in healthy state.
SENSITIVE
Alright, time for my favorite setting. The sensitive option. I use this setting the majority of the time. If you’ve ever had even a little bit of pain from an electric toothbrush, you need to try this one on this setting. It’s a life changer, especially if your teeth are sensitive and in need of some extra care as mine are.
Overall, I highly recommend the CariPro electric toothbrush. Plus it’s affordable as compared to other options on the market that don’t include multiple modes to get that dentist level cleaning for your teeth. It’s even more affordable with my 20% off discount code: maepolzine. Thanks again Smile Brilliant for sending this my way and allowing me to try it out. It goes a long way to help me achieve one of my 2020 goals.
