Life Update: I’m Maxed Out

Life Update: I’m Maxed Out

Haven’t written a personal type blog post in ages, but I don’t know. I’m in the mood to. I’ve been dealing with a lot in my personal life that has been leaving my head in a a hundred different places. And I need to vent somewhere, so going to share it here as my blog is first and foremost a place for me to share anything on my mind not just a professional review of books, games, and makeup type place.

Things I’m Looking Forward to When This is All Over

Things I’m Looking Forward to When This is All Over

It’s hard to imagine over a year ago that the world would be shut indoors for months, but that’s the reality of the situation at this time. Currently, where I live the Stay-At-Home Order (Quarantine) for COVID-19 is in place until May 17th at 11:59 PM. I’m curious if the order will extended again or if life outside will slowly get back to normal. There have been 11,799 confirmed cases at this time and the line doesn’t appear to be flattening. So, even if everything opens back up I don’t think I’m going to venture much outside quite yet. Since according to officials, Minnesota overall hasn’t been good about following the orders and I’d rather not take my chances. But I thought, I would just write about the things I’m looking forward to once things are safe again.

How Staying At Home Is Going Lately

How Staying At Home Is Going Lately

I thought today I would just do a stream of thought blog post and just talk about what’s been going on in my life over the last month or so, since society has more or less completely moved to being stuck inside their houses. I live alone with my dog Pixie, so I don’t have a lot of social interaction. I’m an extreme introvert, so this doesn’t bother me a whole lot since I do talk on the phone every few days with my mom. Plus, I work from home so there’s daily meetings over video conferencing with my co-workers. So, it never really feels like I’m alone.
