The I Think I Love You Palette is ColourPop’s bronze palette, which are my go to makeup look any time of the year. The packaging on this palette is identical to Double Entendre but according to the website that one was supposed to have a different exterior to the one that I got. So I mix the two palettes up all of the time until I flip them over and to see the name. The shadows of the two palettes are similar but different. I’ll get into that palette when I get to testing out that palette out in a while. I’m trying a palette a week.
Shades in the Palette
- Bitter Better: metallic soft gold
- Bel Air: matte cool taupe
- Fancy Face: metallic bright red copper
- Girls Bite: metallic golden bronze
- Howdy: metallic red bronze
- Rowdy: matte warm ivory
- My Treat: metallic champagne ivory
- Level Up: metallic bright penny copper
- Screw It: metallic soft rose gold
- Let’s Do It: matte true black
- Rule Breaker: metallic bright yellow gold
- My Type: matte deep saddle brown
Unlike the Dream St. Palette I didn’t wear makeup every day in the last week though I did do a few. One of my favorites was this look:
For the shade I used, I started with Rowdy all over the lid, crease, and brow bone then built up the crease with Bel Air. After I added My Type on the outer half of my crease and built up the outer corner with Let’s Do It. Next I Bitter Better and spread that across my entire lid. And lastly in the inner corner I placed My Treat. Then I just did a solid line with no wings on my upper lid using the Wet n Wild Skinny Eyeliner, used some Tarte Lights Camera Lashes Mascara, and ColourPop Ultra Matte Lip in the shade Lightweight to complete out the look. This is probably my everyday makeup look in a palette. And I really love the quality of the shadows especially the metallic shades as they are super creamy and blend like a dream.
Love ya,
Mae Polzine
