Now that my hair is shorter, I’ve been spending way more time styling it and actually blow drying my hair instead of letting it air dry. To assist with making this process go quicker I’ve been trying out and using the Kristin Ess Style Assist Blow Dry Mist. This product I found at Target for $14 and it contains 5 fl oz of product.
Claims from Kristin Ess
If you’re someone who loves a good blowout, this is going to be your new favorite. This stuff changed my whole game by making blow drying less of a chore. How? It cuts down on drying time, detangles, adds epic shine and it makes blow drying even the worst split ends or damaged hair a breeze. This bottle should last you a while because a little goes a long way!
How to Use
- Apply a thin veil to towel dried hair before blow drying.
- Use your favorite flat brush or round brush to create smooth, shiny, healthier looking hair.
You only need 3-4 pumps for fine or short hair types, and 5-7 pumps for thick, dry, or long hair types. As my hair is somewhere in between since I have thick, dry and short hair. I go with the latter just to be on the safe side and to get the most out of the product.
Thoughts
When I blow dry my hair without this mist, it takes me around thirty minutes to get through it all but my hair doesn’t have any additional shine unless I use a separate product for that. But when I use the Kritin Ess Style Assist Blow Dry Mist I find my hair is completely dry after fifteen minutes, isn’t tangled and has a nice shine to it. Which is everything they claimed. And I love that! I love that it cuts the time in half so I don’t have to spend an entire hour styling my hair since after this I use a straighter or curling iron to enhance my natural beachy/messy waves. So overall, I seriously recommend this product if you want to cut your styling time in half.
Love ya,
