Learning How to Body Paint
One thing I've kind of really wanted to learn and get good at is body painting. After watching a lot of Glam & Gore and Madeyewlook this past weekend, I've decided to mess around with it. And I can't say it's the greatest thing on the paint, but it's also not the worst. I was going to recreate a look from Kimberley Margarita (ColourCreep) but it did not turn out well at all so I messed it up and came up with this rainbow look.
I created this look using from water activated body paint that I got many moons ago. That I'm not sure if it's cruelty free or not. I can't find any information on it, so to be better safe than sorry I'm not going to state which brand it is as not to promote them. If you wanted to recreated this look for any reason, I basically just used every color in the rainbow. With the warm colors in the high points (highlight areas) and cool colors in the contour places. Then I went crazy with black lines in the contour areas to give the look more dimension. I also didn't bring this into my hairline just because I didn't want to spend even more time cleaning this off. But if I was making this look to wear out for like an event or Halloween or whatever, I would bring the colors into the hairlines so it blends better.
What's something on your bucket list to learn/get good at? And what are you doing to achieve/learn that?
