Cosmetics Brands that are Cruelty Free

Something I'm going to be start doing is only supporting cruelty free makeup/cosmetics brands. This includes only purchasing and promoting cruelty free makeup. The non-cruelty free makeup that I have in my collection, I will finish using but once they are done I will not be repurchasing. However, they will not be featured on my blog or YouTube channel. There are some companies that are parent companies to others who are not cruelty free themselves but own cruelty free brands. One of the reasons that some companies are not cruelty free is because they sell makeup in China where it is required that you test on animals. That's not the only country who requires this, but it's the only one I know of at the top of my head.

If you are searching for cruelty free makeup, they should include a bunny on the packaging though they don't always. As I know some of the brands below do not have it on theirs though it is cruelty free. I believe it has to do with certification but I don't know that as a fact.

Here is a list of some brands that are cruelty free, this is by no means a complete list. I do not personally have something from all of these brands but these are ones that I found when researching brands that are only cruelty free and vegan:

As I am subscribed to both Birchbox and Ipsy Glambag, I may be sent some brands that are not cruelty free. Since I cannot control this but want to include everything that is included in those subscription services I will make note or comment about if the brand is cruelty free or not.

If you know any other cruelty free brands I would love to hear about them in the comments as I would love to get products from them.
