Makeup Storage 2016

A year ago I did a makeup storage post and thought I should do an updated one since I have a completely different storage for my makeup. Now the metal bins that I use to storage/organize my makeup are not filled an all. I'll do a makeup collection post in the future, but today I'm just going to focus on the storage aspect of the makeup. As I love reading these types of posts.

For my makeup I use six metal bins on two three-selves storage units that I got all from Walmart. I also got Better Homes and Garden Chalkboard Tags that I've written the basic concept of what is in the bin. The only bin that's actually rather full is the liquid lipstick bin. You can see what's all in that bin in my Battle of the Liquid Lipstick playlist on YouTube. I also just cleared out all non-cruelty free makeup and gave it all away so the only thing in the bins now are cruelty-free makeup products.

From top left to bottom right: books that don't fit on my bookcase and a few CDs, moisturizers/primers/face creams that don't need to be rinsed off, foundation and concealer, hand lotion, jewelry in the mirror box with a fake white flower on top, eyebrow utensils/eyeliners/mascara, fake lashes with eyeshadow primer, nail polish, and liquid lipsticks. And of course the yoga mat hiding in the background.

From top left to bottom right: Face Powders such as Blush/Highlight/Contour/Bronzer, miscellaneous items like bobby pins/setting spray/hair ties/makeup remover, eyeshadow palettes, individual eyeshadows, lipstick, and lipgloss. In the blue fabric bin next to it is my hair extensions/wigs. This bin moves around my room quite often but generally ends up there.
