So during my Ulta haul of mainly foundation shades I got the Milani Conceal + Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation + Concealer in the shade 00 Light Natural. Which was the lightest shade Ulta carries but apparently there is a lighter shade on Milani’s website. Which I need to get as 00 Light Natural is a light with peach undertone, but there is a 00A Porcelain which is fair with a pink undertone. The shade I honestly need, but there are no stores that carry this shade so I’m going to have to order that online. But I’m not going to count the shade I got against the review of the product.
According to Milani these are the claims on the foundation:
Combat under eye circles, redness and other skin imperfections with this full coverage, water-resistant foundation plus concealer in one. A no mess, no drip pump dispenses just the right amount of fluid needed to achieve a flawless look and works around the clock to keep skin looking naturally perfect!
Other than the color being off, my skin looks amazing with this foundation. I also really love the pump that comes with the foundation as it is easy to use and gives the perfect amount. I wouldn’t use the foundation by itself as I would still put a concealer underneath as it doesn’t completely mask the dark circles. But it is very, very full coverage considering you can hardly see my beauty mark. Plus I don’t have any noticeable fine lines unless you’re looking insanely close at my skin. But at that point, you’re too close!
I would love for them to expand this range, as there aren’t a lot of dark shades. They currently only have 19 shades with 5 of them being on the deeper end. But in stores they only ever have around 10 of the 19 shades. So it would be nice, if more were available. But of all of the new foundations I’ve gotten, I think we finally found a winner. 00 will probably be my summer shade but I need to get 00A for my not tanned skin. I still have a few more to test out but so far this one is my favorite.
What your favorite drugstore foundation? Or what is your opinion of this foundation if you’ve tried it?
