Happy Saturday everyone!
Hope everyone’s week was nice and somewhat stress free. Instead of breaking everything out into sections this week I’m just going to share everything I’ve been reading, watching, and listening to lately. Not sure what next week’s post is going to look like as that’s moving week… so I might skip that one considering I’m not sure what the story with internet is going to be quite yet. Hopefully I get it in right away. If not, I’ll have posts up the following week once everything is a little more settled.
MOVIE TIME

I went and saw Toy Story 4 with my mom and sister. Which I really enjoyed, it was cute and cheesy in a Disney way. In that I laughed and cried briefly at the end when Woody said goodbye to all of the other toys and went off with Boo Peep to help other toys find their “kid.” Then I was dying of laughter at Forky and the newer toys in the post credit scenes.
A LITTLE BIT OF MUSIC
This week I’ve been playing more mellow songs to help with my nerves over moving. I don’t like change and moving is one of the most stressful things ever. Plus add on an insanely stressful work project and my nerves are just a bit over the edge. Here are just two of the songs from the last week that I have been playing a bunch:
- A song I’ve been into this week is Anxiety by Anna Clendening.
- Another song along the same lines that I’ve been enjoying is Exhale by Sabrina Carpenter.
WHERE I’M AT WITH READING
I’m almost finished with the The Mortal Instruments series for the fourth time in the last few months, I almost never re-read books and if I do it’s only a second time never a fourth, so I’m actually a little surprised by how into this series I got after not reading for years. I will be moving onto The Dark Artifices next week though I might not start that until after the move as there’s just a lot to do with that.
NETFLIX SHOW
This weekend while I’m working on moving the majority of my stuff out to the garage so it’s ready to go for the movers on Tuesday, I’m going to be watching the third season of Stranger Things. As for writing this post, I’ve only seen the first episode and so far it’s interesting. I’m curious to see where the rest of the season goes. I’ll write more about it in a future one of these.
