Photo Diary: Avant Garde Rag Doll Look

On Thursday for my 100 Days of Makeup, I was going to do a “How I Style” black lipstick with Kat Von D Alchemist Holographic palette… but I realized the day following was going to be on the Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette so I would break my theme. Which I am completely in love with, so I decided to hold off on posting that. Then I ended up playing around with my Wolfe Essential water activated face paint and some of my NYX Liquid Eyeliners. To the point where I came up with this look that my roommate, Rose, called a rag doll. OR as she first said when I asked if she could help me with photos, “What did you do?” But let’s go with the first one.

NOTE: I DO NOT KNOW IF WOLFE FX IS CRUELTY FREE. I COULD NOT FIND ANY INFORMATION ON THIS. I HAVE HAD THIS PALETTE FOR YEARS PRIOR TO BECOMING CRUELTY FREE.

Products Used:

  • Wolfe FX Essential Water Activated Body Paint
  • NYX Liquid Suede in Alien
  • Kat Von D Alchemist Palette in Saphyre
  • NYX Glam Liner Aqua Luxe 24 Karat
  • NYX White Liquid Liner
  • Wet n Wild proline Felt Tip Eyeliner in black
  • NYX Wicked False Eyelashes in Corrupt

I could not pick just a few images for the life of me, so that’s why this has turned into a photo diary in a sense as there are just so many that I loved from this photoshoot/avant garde look! Let me know which one is your favorite!
