Photo Diary: Minnesota Zoo Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular

The other night I actually left my house to be “social” by that I mean I hung out with my mom and sister by going to the Minnesota Zoo for the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular. This is the second year they have done this event, so I didn’t know what to inspect since I didn’t go last year and held off on looking up any information. This way I could get the full experience. Apparently there were 5,000 illuminated pumpkins all with different sizes, shapes, and faces. It was incredible!

I did not photograph every pumpkin because…

  1. There were so many pumpkins.
  2. I only had one battery, which doesn’t have a limitless life.
  3. I didn’t want to hold up the entire line getting through the trail.
