Recreation of MadeYewLook’s Bloody Mary Makeup Look

I let Discord choose which MadeYewLook body paint tutorial I should follow/recreate over on Twitch. Bloody Mary won, so this was the final result. The only thing edited in the photos is my eyes as I don't have pure white contacts. The rest I did using body paint and eyeshadow.…
View PostSteampunk Inspired Makeup

This month I'm not really streaming as work is kind of hectic, but my goal is even if I don't stream I'm still going to do the weekly theme. This week's was Steampunk (which I picked) and I LOVE how this came out. I was going to have a corset that matched for a full body look... but I got the wrong size. So instead, I still have the shoulder piece on but made the leather collar out of body paint to go with the makeup look of cogs, gears, and clock pieces.…
View PostDeershroom Inspired Makeup Look

Hope you had a great week. My past week has been all over the place. I started reading Lightbringer again, then got distracted and started reading A Court of Mist and Fury. So, didn't really have something that I wanted to chat about on the blog. But I thought I would share my makeup look for today (Caturday) on the blog. If you don't know what Caturday is. It's a Twitch Community Day I'm doing with some fellow streamers: Foxtail, Cassii, and Louise also known as Bunny. This week's stream was Forest Creatures. So, I decided to become a Deershroom (a cross between a deer and mushroom as I couldn't decide between the two).…
View PostMermaid Makeup Look

Here is a look I did today. Joined some other streamers (Foxtail, Cassii, and Louise also known as Bunny) over on Twitch for a community event we're calling Caturday. Where we each dress up to a specific theme then share the hype from one stream to the next. You should totally check them out as they are A-MAE-ZING! Absolute sweethearts that I love talking to regularly.…
View PostPirate Map Makeup Look

I did this look two weeks ago, and figured why not share it on the blog. I'm in a bit of a reading slump after finishing A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas. Like I can't pick up another book without my brain circling back to that one. So anything book related is on pause for the time being until my brain gets over it. And I haven't shared anything makeup related in ages, so I thought I'd share this today. This look was was inspired by @keilidhmua and @llumosmakeup. …
View PostAuric Cosmetics Glow Lust Radiant Luminizer & Smoke Reflect Eye Shadow Duo Review

Samantha Ravndahl released a new branded called Auric. I love watching her videos over on YouTube. So far they have only released two products: Glow Lust Radiant Luminizer and Smoke Reflect Eye Shadow Duo. And I wanted to try it out as I've been into more minimal product makeup routines as of late. And these seemed like products that would be right up my alley.…
View PostHow I’ve Been Doing my Everyday Makeup in Quarantine

It's been a hot minute since I posted something makeup related on my blog, but to be honest I haven't been wearing a lot of makeup since quarantine for COVID-19 began. Mainly as I ran out of contacts and putting makeup on without being able to really see was a hassle. So, I've only really started wearing makeup again for the last month. But it's still been my go-to "roughly" since quarantine started.…
View PostReview of Madeyewlook Body Paint

I finally got contacts, which means I can do creative makeup again! I avoided it when I just had my glasses as I COULD NOT see what I was doing. The looks weren't clean or I couldn't get the details that I wanted. So, I took eight months off from doing it all together. And then basically stopped posting on here about makeup. But since I have contacts again, we're bringing it back! So, I thought I would start out with going over (reviewing) Madeyewlook's new line of body paint. She's an incredible body painter that I have been following on YouTube/Twitch for years. I've even done a video in the past that she featured attempting her Alice Madness Return's Insane Child... which is one of the looks featured in this post as I thought it was fitting and I recreated it.…
View PostReview of e.l.f. x JKissa to the Rescue Palette

The first time JKissa collaborated with e.l.f. I missed out as it was constantly out of stock whenever I tried to get it. So, this time I did not want to miss out with the To the Rescue Eyeshadow Palette. That is not the only thing that came with this collection. There was also a furever eyeshadow brush set (I love e.l.f. brushes and they make up the majority of brushes I own/use), and Tsuki To My Heart Eyeshadow Topper Duo. I'm not going to be focused on those two items from this collection in this review, but I did get both in addition to the palette.…
View PostFirst Impression on Melt Cosmetics Eyeshadow Palettes

A brand I've been curious about for ages is Melt Cosmetics. I never ended up trying them as their palettes are $58 for 5 shades in their magnetic stack palettes or 10 in their rectangular packaging. Not to mention it was always sold out. Now I do have some expensive palettes like from Anastasia Beverly Hills ($60 for Norvina Pro Palette, 25 shades) or Jeffree Star Cosmetics ($58 for Jawbreaker Palette, 24 shades). So, around the same price but double the number of shades. But for my birthday since I can't go out this year, I decided to treat myself and got three of Melt Cosmetics Palettes: Gemini, Rust, and Twenty Seven. The last also just happens to be what age I am turning on the 15th.…
