One of the few high end or mid-range eyeshadows I ever tried was the Tarte Tartelette palette. And it has remained my favorite ever since then. That continued unto their In Bloom palette, which I’ve almost hit pan on a few of the shadows in that palette. So when they announced the Toasted palette in this collection, I was over the moon and knew I would be purchasing it at some point in the future. This palette in the Tartelette range contains all the warm and rich shades from 7 mattes to 5 shimmers. Each row is designed to be a complete look but you can mix-and-match them as you please. The formula of this range is incredible. They glide on like butter and are super long-wearing. Plus I’ve never found them to be chalky or patchy. Plus they blend like a dream!
Shades & Swatches
From left to right: fireside, simmer, latte, candle, cozy, flame, warmth, cashmere, crackle, sunset, sunrise, s’more.
One day I’ll actually swatch the palette in the correct order so it appears in the order that it is in the palette. But I never do that and I always feel like the swatches look weird if I horizontally flip the image. I also did close ups of each row (again they are in reverse order) to show each shade off a little better.
So this is the first row:
Left to right: crackle, sunset, sunrise, s’more
- S’more (pinky beige)
- Sunrise (golden beige)
- Sunset (bronze)
- Crackle (brown with gold flecks)
Here is the second row:
Left to right: Cozy, Flame, Warmth, Cashmere… with crackle and sunset making a special appearance from the previous row in the palette
- Cashmere (pale peach)
- Warmth (terracotta)
- Flame (metallic rust)
- Cozy (brick)
And the final row!
From left to right: fireside, simmer, latte, candle… and a special appearance of Cozy from the previous row.
- Candle (champagne)
- Latte (tan)
- Simmer (copper)
- Fireside (deep plum)
Overall, I seriously love this palette and will probably reach for this palette quite often. And I can seriously see this palette become my ride or die palette since I live in warm tones and love this formula. If you’ve tried this palette, let me know what you think in the comments down below. If you haven’t tried this palette, what is your favorite warm tone eyeshadow palette?
