I saw this idea from Angelika Oles and thought it would be a fun idea. Most of the games featured on this list are my all-time favorite games. By no means is this every game I’ve ever played or the true total amount. As I’ve switched computers several times over the years, and the Nintendo Switch gives a rough estimate with only 20 games displayed. One of the games on this list wasn’t displayed but I based the time on how long the game takes on average. If I had the stats for how much time I played The Sims 2 and 3 those would be on here too, but sadly I don’t know the answer to that as I played on my dad’s laptop and a computer I left behind years ago. Plus, those were played on physical disks so I don’t have those stats. I also grouped games of a series together as I feel that gives a more accurate portrayal of the time I spent in those worlds.

I’m honestly shocked that Hollow Knight was that high on the list. Though I suppose I spent hours, literal hours, trying to get all the charms and beat most of the bosses. Plus, I got two of the main three endings without the DLC. Not to mention, my graphic card died the last day I played that game. I wasn’t going to include it on this list either but figured I might as well since it’s the next highest game hours I had and compared to the ones that are grouped, it’s higher than some of those games. So, yeah, it’s one of my most played games.
Also, I’m only slightly surprised that Phasmophobia is so high on the list. I played this almost every single weekend with my friends (Joker, Fox, and Sandy) for several hours at a time from around October 2021 until late last year, when we got a bit burnt out of it. So, while I wouldn’t consider it my favorite game of all time, it’s definitely one I’ve spent a lot of time playing.
Honorable Mention: Minecraft. I have no idea how much time I’ve played this game as there’s no way to get overall time played on the Java Edition. While I can get total time in a single world, that doesn’t help me since some worlds I deleted as version updates occurred or I wasn’t feeling like ever returning to that world again. Not to mention I’ve played on various realms and servers, and not all of them are accessible anymore.
