Thoughts on A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas

Did I stay up all night to read A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas the second that I received the book? Yes. Was I in the middle or reading another book before this? Yes. Do I care? No. Am I going to do a normal review? Also no... mostly as my mind is swarming too much to form a formal write up of my thoughts. So, instead I'm just going to share thoughts I had after I finished reading the book.…
View PostLooking Back at What I Read in 2020

2020 was a tough year for a lot of us. I know I already talked a bit about this in my Happy New Year and Goals for January 2021 posts, but I thought I would make a dedicated post for going over the books that I read last year and if any of my thoughts have changed in regards to them. Since this last year really got me back into reading, as before other than Shadowhunters Chronicles which was the majority of my reading in 2019 I pretty much never read. But in 2020, I read at least six to eight books a month. If not, more as I often end up reading several books multiple times or re-reading various chapters repeatedly.…
View Post12 Days of Christmas Book Tag

I wasn't tagged to do the 12 Days of Christmas Book Tag, but I really liked the concept after seeing it on Ellie's blog (Read to Ramble). So, I'm going to do it as well. This tag was originally created by Lizzie Loves Books.…
View PostThoughts and Theories on ACOSF

I don't know why, but instead of writing about a book I've just read I thought I would share thoughts and theories on A Court of Silver Flames which is the fourth (next) book in the A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas. It doesn't come out until March, but I felt like sharing some thoughts on characters and theories on the upcoming book.…
View PostMy Experience Reading of A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas

Alright I'm moving onto the next book in the series by Sarah J. Maas, which is A Court of Wings and Ruin. Similar to the last book, I'm going to share my thoughts as I read the book. I have it broken down by the chapters on where I left off, so you know roughly where I'm in the book when I'm writing that section. Similar to last times, this will include spoilers as I'm reading the book though I'll try to keep it to a minimum. …
View PostMy Experience Reading of A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas

Alright I'm moving onto the next book in the series by Sarah J. Maas, which is A Court of Mist and Fury. Similar to the last book, I'm going to share my thoughts as I read the book. Last time I broke the sections into each reading session I had (granted literally the last three were truly all one sitting but I paused to write up my thoughts). Which is how I'm going to structure this again as I think that works the best for how I read.…
View PostMy Experience Reading of A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas

I have been reading A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas, and thought instead of doing a typical review of the book I would instead share my thoughts and opinions as I read the book. …
View PostThe Percy Jackson/Heroes of Olympus Character Book Tag

I'll be honest I have never read this book series as I somehow missed it in middle school/high school, but it's on my TBR list. And with the TV Show adaptation coming to Disney + I'm really need to get to these books. I have seen the two movie adaptations, which I didn't think were the worst (can't compare it to the books to know if it was actually bad) but they also weren't the best. I was tagged by Sarah to do this tagged created by May from Forever and Everly. …
