I Have No Idea Where to Start My Book TBR

I Have No Idea Where to Start My Book TBR

In a recent post, I mentioned how I did a massive book haul. That's a bit of an understatement. So, I decided to pull every book off my shelf that I want to read. And honestly, I have no idea where I even want to start with tackling this pile. Granted, I already started it last month and have posted reviews on every book that I read. This is not even everything if I'm being 100% honest. There are some books I got last year that should be in here as well, but considering how many books this already is I didn't go back to grab those. Maybe I'll end up reading those before some of these, but I thought this would be a fun post to do while I debate on what to read next. Hell, you guys might help me pick which one to start with.…

The 20 Question Book Tag

The 20 Question Book Tag

I saw this tag on Ellie's blog, Read to Ramble, and she was tagged by Sabrina over at Sabrina’s Booktails, who found this tag on Prutha’s blog, The Confessions of A Music and Book Addict, and after searching through loads of other posts... I can't find the original author of this tag nor could Ellie. If you know it, please share in the comments. But I wanted to do this tag since it looked interesting and I need something to blog about during the stretches between books. Since I don't have time to read long books in one sitting at the moment.…

Goals for January 2021

Goals for January 2021

Considering how 2020 went, I'm not going to make plans for the year. Instead I'm going to take things month by month, and see how it goes. Mostly as I don't know what the world is going to be like, nor my life for that matter. I've been trying my hardest with keeping busy to prevent too much idle time from getting to me, as I cannot handle being idle. Which results in me working full time from home, streaming at least four times a week for three to five hours each time, moderating other people's streams, and running/moderating multiple discords. On top of other hobbies like reading and art... let's just say I'm always doing something. And I don't plan on changing that in 2021. So, I thought I would share some of my goals at least for January.…

12 Days of Christmas Book Tag

12 Days of Christmas Book Tag

I wasn't tagged to do the 12 Days of Christmas Book Tag, but I really liked the concept after seeing it on Ellie's blog (Read to Ramble). So, I'm going to do it as well. This tag was originally created by Lizzie Loves Books.…

Books I’ve Purchased Recently that I Seriously Need to Read (aka Book Haul)

Books I’ve Purchased Recently that I Seriously Need to Read (aka Book Haul)

So, I got seriously into reading than after binging a lot of good series, I fell not really into a reading slump as I haven't stopped reading but I haven't really touched new books. I've just been re-reading all of my favorite series. And have way, way, way too many that I purchased but haven't read. Nor can get myself to read as I'm too nervous to reach for them for fear they won't live up to expectations. As a lot of these I learned through BookTok (TikTok) as being great books.…

90’s Book Tag (Music Edition)

90’s Book Tag (Music Edition)

I was not tagged to do this, but I saw it on Ellie's blog Read to Ramble, and I really wanted to do it myself. One, as I was born in the 90's. Two, quarantine has unleashed my book addiction and has temporarily replaced my video game and makeup addicted self as you can probably tell from the change in direction of my blog lately. This tag was created by Jemma from What Reading Does and Milly from A Books Neverland. Now, onto this tag!…

Taylor Swift’s Folklore Book Tag

I haven't done a book tag in a hot minute, and I recently saw this one from Cielo @ Bellerose Reads inspired by Taylor Swift's new album Folklore. I was not tagged in this, but I wanted to give it a go myself.…

Magical Readathon 2020: O.W.L.s Wrap Up

Magical Readathon 2020: O.W.L.s Wrap Up

It's been a month since I posted my Magical Readathon 2020: O.W.L.s. TBR. And during that time period, I did manage to complete it! However, some of of my selections changed. Unfortunately, as I didn't learn about this readathon until it was done, so I could not submit my reading for the official house competition. However, I did still enjoy this readathon, and it sparked my desire to read again. As I was in a bit of a reading slump before that. …
