Wet n Wild is no Longer Cruelty Free, Exposed for Selling Products in Mainland China
This month I've been taking a break from my blog mainly due to crazy work schedule and mental health, but I wanted to hop on quickly to give an update surrounding Wet n Wild. As news has been circulating the beauty community of their products being seen on in-store displays in Mainland China. I first saw this on Instagram from the user crueltyfreekitty. China Updates Animal Testing Policy, Are They Cruelty Free Now?
Something that has been a buzz in the cruelty-free community within the last few days is the news that China has changed some laws regarding animal testing. Now the headlines are a bit deceptive as they make it sound like they are ending the laws that require animal testing on cosmetics. Which unfortunately is not true.
