Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer in Fair Neutral Review

Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer in Fair Neutral Review

For the past week along with testing the Colourpop x Kathleen Lights Dream St Palette, I tested out the Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer in the shade Fair Neutral. I ran out of the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer, and any shade remotely close to my skin tone was sold out. And my other concealers were dried out or expired so I needed a new concealer to try out since I wear concealer every single day. But I didn't want to get a new Tarte Shape Tape though I probably will get another one of those again.…

Makeup Revolution Conceal & Design Full Coverage Conceal & Contour Review

Makeup Revolution Conceal & Design Full Coverage Conceal & Contour Review

Even though I'm on a very restricted budget, I am still giving myself forty dollars for anything extra that my come up that I need. Like makeup remover or concealer if I run out. And that's exactly what happened. My Wet n Wild PhotoFocus Concealer and one of my Tarte Shape Tapes has no product remaining. And my other concealers are starting to run low as well since I use that on a daily basis, whereas foundation I do not. But getting one shape tape would mean I'm almost out of my budget on just one item, and sure I could get another Wet n Wild PhotoFocus Concealer as I did enjoy that but they don't have a shade that light enough for my under eye area to brighten it up. So I went digging through the cruelty free brands at Ulta that I would classify as drugstore, and came across the Makeup Revolution Conceal & Design Full Coverage Conceal & Contour. Which has a name very similar to Tape Shape's full name and has a similar applicator from the looks of it online. Makeup Revolution is known to make a lot of dupe or copied products, and I figured why not give it a try.…

Review of ColourPop No Filter Concealer – Fair Neutral 10 & Light Neutral 20

Review of ColourPop No Filter Concealer – Fair Neutral 10 & Light Neutral 20

I'm very picking about my concealers and the undertones that they have. They need to be full coverage within giving me a pink or yellow appearance. I also don't want it to crease or have any type of flashback. So when ColourPop came out with their new concealer, I was a little hesitant to try it but after watching several reviews some people rank it up there with Tarte Shape Tape which is my all time favorite concealer. I did pick up two shades: Fair Neutral 10 and Light Neutral 20. As I normally light a concealer lighter under my eyes but one that matches my skin tone for the rest of my fair. It was hard telling online if light would be too dark for me, as sometimes light can be depending on the brand.…

Cruelty Free Concealers That I Basically Live In

Cruelty Free Concealers That I Basically Live In

This is probably going to be a really short post in comparison to all my other "cruelty free products that I basically live in" series as I only ever wear one of two concealers. And they both are very full coverage which is perfect under my eyes and when I need to conceal a blemish. The first is Tarte Shape Tape which I have in three different shades depending on where on my face I'm using it and the other is my Wet'n'Wild Photofocus concealer. The reason I have three different colors of the Tarte Shape Tape is because some days I don't wear foundation so I use the concealer only. Fair for underneath my eyes for a brightening look, Fair Beige for a slightly more natural look, and light for anywhere else on my face.…

Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, Worth the Hype?

Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, Worth the Hype?

I don't know why this post has taken me this long to write. I seriously love the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer as many others do. On most days instead of wearing a full face of foundation, I will just use this concealer. It seriously does wonders for me. And this concealer came out in Summer of 2016 and part of the permanent collection for Tarte Double Duty Beauty Collection. I have no idea why Tarte named it the Shape Tape, but I have a fuzzy feeling it's because it just covers everything like… tape… and you can use it to shape out things? I don't know.…
