L.A. Girl PRO Coverage HD Long Wear Illuminating Foundation Review & Swatches

L.A. Girl is a brand I haven't tried a lot of products from before as they don't sell these in any stores near where I live. But I heard of this foundation through LustreLux about 4 months ago, and was debating on trying it as it's only $10. Then I saw Tati review some of their eyeshadows and I decided to order both of these together. And have been trying the foundation since then.…
View PostBattle of the Mascaras

Since switching to be completely cruelty-free with my makeup, the one thing I've struggled the most with was mascara. As I LOVED Benefit Roller Lash mascara and didn't want to give it up. I ended up giving away my full size mascara to my sister and keeping a sample size around while I tried to find something else that I enjoyed just as much. So I've been trying a lot of new mascaras trying to find something just right.…
View PostPhysician Formula Butter Bronzer Review & Swatch

I have seen a lot of positive comments around the internet either on other blogs or on YouTube that the Physician Formula Murumuru Butter Bronzer was amazing. So I thought after many months of hearing this that I would try it out now that I'm in a bronzer mood for this Spring/Summer as last summer I sure as hell wasn't. Plus I haven't tried anything from Physician Formula even though they are available in the drug store and are cruelty free. This bronzer is available for $15 so it's not the cheapest item in the world, but if I could use it as a replacement for my Benefit Hoola Bronzer (which is not cruelty free) then I was going to give it a go. As I needed a replacement.…
View PostTarte Make Believe in Yourself Eye & Cheek Palette Review/Swatches

I'm not into the whole unicorn trend but I really wanted this palette as I thought it was perfect for spring as it has a lot of glittery colorful shadows that pair so nicely together. I was going to do a Tarte One Brand tutorial with this palette and other Tarte products that I have, but my voice is still gone so that will have to happen sometime in the future. Plus I need to get other products as well before I do that since I don't have quite a few things. But enough about things that aren't happening now but in the future, and get onto the review and swatches!…
View PostL.A. Girl Eye Lux Eyeshadow Palettes Review & Swatches

The other day I saw Tati from GlamLifeGuru review the L.A. Girl Eye Lux Eyeshadow Palettes and decided I needed to try them myself. So I ordered the following palettes off of their website since they aren't sold in any stores near me: Dramatize, Hypnotize, Tranquilize, and Tropicalize. And I am not disappointed in the palettes that I got at all!…
View PostNYX Total Control Foundation Review

I haven't done a product review in a while and originally I wanted to start doing these with a video as well, but I have bronchitis and can hardly talk without coughing. I am on medication for that but wanted to spare you from listening to that. But enough about my illness that should be gone (hopefully!) in another week. So I recently saw at Ulta the Total Control Foundation from NYX, which isn't new but I wanted to give it a try as I haven't really been trying anything new lately other than the Manny MUA x Jeffree Star Collab from the other week.…
View PostNYX Soft Matte Lip Cream Review & Swatches

I love lipsticks especially matte liquid lipsticks. I don't have the entire collection of these as there are 34 shades in total but I only have 7 of them. Now, these aren't quite a liquid lipstick but I like to consider it one within my makeup organization. But NYX has a more detailed description on what a lip cream is supposed to mean.…
