On September 5, 2019 Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery added Quidditch into the mobile game that’s available for anyone who has gotten passed year 2 chapter 6. This update includes new characters, mini-game, side quest storyline, and location to explore. That being the Quidditch Stadium. The mobile game did feel like it was missing something without the inclusion of this popular sport in the Harry Potter universe since it was so involved in the books and movies. So, it’s nice they finally added this.
Another week has come and gone, and it’s been a stressful one to say the least… at least it was for me. So… here’s everything I’ve been enjoying over the last week when I haven’t been working. Which is surprisingly a lot compared to other weeks where I actually got sleep. Maybe my severe lack of sleep helped me discover things… I’m not really sure. But anyways, let’s get into my week through reading, music, and more (though there’s no reading this week).
So one of my favorite mobile games that has ever come out is Hogwarts Mystery which takes place in the Harry Potter universe shortly after the defeat of You-Know-Who and the death of the Potters. One of the things that comes up a bunch when talking to friends is they ask about your previous years. And sometimes remembering all of those details can be a bit much, so I’m going to be doing an overview of each year and what occurred during them. But I’m going to try not giving too much away.
When you reach your fifth year at Hogwarts, all students must take their OWL (Ordinary Wizarding Level) Exams. And this is no exception when it comes to the mobile game, Hogwarts Mystery, inspired by the books and movies of Harry Potter. Instead of these being a chapter in the story mode, it’s a special event that occurs during your fifth year that lasts for about three days. During that time period you need to revise for your exams as well as take them. Now unlike classes it’s more advanced as you’ll have a written portion (questions and answers) and a practical part (focus, timed, and tracing figures). So to help you pass the exams, here is what you might face during the OWL exams as far as the written portion is concerned.
Last palette I’m doing in the dream palette series is inspired by Smile Rancher. This game is just so freaking cute. It takes place on a faraway planet and you play as a player named Beatrix LeBeau who starts a ranch from the ground up. But you’re not raising cattle or chickens but instead slimes of various sizes and characteristics. After feeding slimes you will receive plorts that can be exchanged for the planet’s currency to purchase upgrades, equipment, and buildings. Slimes can be combined with another but three different characteristics cause corruption, turning the once cute slime into an aggressive malevolent black slime called Tarr which devours other slimes. The types of slimes include: Pink, Phosphor, Tabby, Quantum, Honey, Puddle, Tangle, Saber, Hunter, Dervish, Rock, Fire, Boom, Crystal, Mosaic, Rad, Gold, and Lucky. The larger slimes are referred to as Gordos.
Subnautica: Below Zero just did a new update for the game called the Sea Truck Update. Which as the title suggests brings you the new underwater vehicle of the sea truck. Which is as far as I’m aware the replacement of the Sea Moth in Below Zero. However, using cheats you can still get all of the vehicles of the first game in Below Zero. One thing I really enjoy about the sea truck is the ability to customize it with the use of modules.
