About two years ago I first tried ColourPop’s Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks, and noticed after my first impressions post I noticed my lips were insanely dried out. So I got rid of all my Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks and switched to Ultra Satin. Then a few months ago, I decided I would try out a few of them again since they changed the formula. Or so I heard, and the new shades did have a new formula that made them feel nicer on the lips. But any that were part of the initial launch, still left my lips feel like the life was drained out of them. When the holiday collection was launched, it was the Ultra Matte formula while the fall collection was the Ultra Satin. So I was a little cautious about getting these lipsticks, but caved in on cyber monday when they were $4 instead of $6. As that made it a little more tempting to get these six shades. Plus all of these shades are in my absolute favorite shade range.
For Holiday 2017, Morphe released three palettes along with some eyeliners, brushes and liquid lipsticks. And I decided to get the 39A Dare to Create palette as well as the eyeliners. But for today’s post, I’m just going to focus on the eyeshadow palette and I will do a proper review of the eyeliners in the future. Like a week or two from now. So look forward to that. But let’s focus in on this Dare to Create palette. Of all the palettes, this one seemed the most unique of of the three that I don’t already have in my massive eyeshadow collection. Though I still kind of want the other ones from the collection as well as they look amazing.
I’ve done two of these Anti-Hauls before, and I haven’t done one in a few months. And since I can’t really dig into the new products I got as I’m in the process of packing everything up and moving at the end of the month. I thought I would do another one of these but focus on the cruelty free holiday collection items that have come out for this year.
