Several Things I Don’t Actually Want to See in The Sims 4

Several Things I Don’t Actually Want to See in The Sims 4

EA has been granted us with a lot of content through DLCs and even some free updates. Though some of the updates were things that should've been in the game to begin with including pools and toddlers. And they've been talking about adding pre-teens, which is new and would give more of a transition between children and teenagers. But let's be honest is it really needed? So today I'm going to be diving into more items that I just don't want to see come to The Sims 4. And some of these I know others in the Sims community desperately want added.…

Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee First Impressions

Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee First Impressions

I have loved Pokemon ever since I was seven and introduced to them. I have had Pokemon HeartGold for the Nintendo DS and played that game to death. Then I got rid of my DS in college as I needed money and regretted it. I missed playing the games, so when they announced a new console called Nintendo Switch I wanted it. It was a mixture of the DS with a playstation or xbox. But I didn't get it right away, but as an early Christmas gift to myself I decided to finally get one along with Let's Go Eevee. Who if you didn't know is my all time favorite Pokemon. It has the greatest potential to be any type and incredibly strong if trained. Back in HeartGold I used to have one of my main teams main completely of Eevee evolutions. So to say Let's Go Eevee got me to finally purchase a switch is a little bit of an understatement.…

Dragon Age: Which DLCs are Worth it? Ranking the Packs

Dragon Age: Which DLCs are Worth it? Ranking the Packs

Dragon Age series is my favorite game of all time. And yes I'm wrapping all three games into one and calling them my favorite. Now each of the games have their own DLC (downloadable content) that are available for purchase, from extra story lines to items such as mounts, weapons, and armors. And I have gotten the chance to play with the vast majority of them. So I'm going to go to rank the ones that add additional stories to the game after the main one is over with my reasoning for each.…

The Sims 4: Get Famous Review

The Sims 4: Get Famous Review

On November 16th The Sims 4 released the newest expansion pack called Get Famous which brings in the possibility to become a celebrity. Which was one of my favorite expansions in The Sims 3. Though this pack is wildly different to that one and I'm loving the changes to it. It's quite similar to the Vampire expansion pack as it has different levels that unlock over time through your sims actions, and with those levels you gain access to different perks. I wanted to play it quite a while before I released my thoughts on the latest pack. I have also updated my ranking on the packs so if you want to see where I would place this one compared to the others check out that post!…

Deltarune: What Happens if you Enter in Certain Names at the Beginning of Game

Deltarune: What Happens if you Enter in Certain Names at the Beginning of Game

One of my favorite things to do in Undertale at the start of a new game was to input the names of the characters as each had a secret message or phrase afterwards. Most of which you weren't allowed to continue moving forward with including: Sans, Papyrus, and Undyne. Each message came in the text pattern of the character you were trying to name your character after. If you chose Chara, you got the message "The True Name." It was a fun little Easter egg. So in the new game from Toby Fox called Deltarune I thought I would give it a shot and see what happened.…

Deltarune: Connections to Undertale

Deltarune: Connections to Undertale

Toby Fox recently launched a new game called Deltarune, well more specifically just the first chapter of the game. Which is very, very similar in look and storytelling as Undertale. But from first and second playthrough of the game it is not directly connected together. As in one of is not a sequel or prequel of the other. Toby Fox even states they are different on his Twitter. However, there are still a lot of connections between the games so what are those?…

Comparing Sabrina the Teenage Witch to Chilling Adventures of Sabrina

Comparing Sabrina the Teenage Witch to Chilling Adventures of Sabrina

Netflix recently came out with The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina which is a dark version of the comics from Archie Comics. When I was growing up, I used to watch Sabrina the Teenage Witch. And I don't know why when I saw this on Netflix I didn't put the two together until I got a bit into the first episode. I kept thinking to myself, why does this seem so familiar. Then Salem got introduced and it finally clicked in my head. So I thought it would be fun to get into comparing the two adaptations of the shows. As they are both good in their own regards, but take the story of the Spellmans in very different directions.…

First Impression of The Sims 4: Get Famous

First Impression of The Sims 4: Get Famous

EA recently had their Sims Camp for the next Expansion Pack coming to the Sims 4, and bloggers and YouTubers alike got to experience the first gameplay of the new world and content. While I was not at Sims Camp, I did watch many of reviews and previews of the new pack and there were a few things that really stuck out to me. I'll do a more thorough review once the Expansion Pack is released on November 15th. But I wanted to get a few of my thoughts out there to begin with, noting they may change in the future when I get to play the pack for myself.…
