Review of the Dominique Cosmetics Rustic Glam Palette

Something I've been wearing every day for the last week is Dominique Cosmetics Rustic Glam palette, I was going to do a week in makeup using this palette then my skin and eye were driving me crazy… so instead I'm just going to do an old fashion review rather than the looks I created using this palette. The Rustic Glam palette is the newest eyeshadow palette released by Dominique Cosmetics that retails for $44USD and contains twelve shades.…
View PostComparison and Swatches of all ColourPop Supernova Shadows

Something I love to do when I'm doing my eyeshadow on a glam day, even if I don't take photos in general or for Instagram, is to add one of the ColourPop Supernova Shadows for a bit of a highlight or glitter moment. Almost all of the ones in my collection are no longer available on ColourPop's website anymore. I'm not sure if their just stopping production on their liquid shadows in general or just keeping the ones that sell the most. But I love using these. Though I never wear them alone. Typically I'll put a metallic shadow over top so it really pops and stays all day long. As long as you don't touch it or rub your eyes they last all day long looking the same as you first applied them. Each one typically costs $7.50 for 4.7g (0.17oz) of product.…
View PostIs Jeffree Star Cosmetics Alien Palette Worth the Hype?

ree Star Cosmetics while I do not agree with everything Jeffree Star does his packaging and products are pretty memorable. For my birthday, my sister got me the Alien Palette which contains 18 shadows inside of an alien head shaped packaging complete with faux leather and 3D eyes. It includes both metallic and matte formulas for a total of $52. Now being 100% honest, I'm probably going to either take out the 3D eyes or depot the entire palette into an empty one so it's easier to store in my eyeshadow collection. Similar to what I have done with the Blood Sugar palette. So, today I'm asking if this palette is worth the hype as it has sold out several times since it was initially released.…
View PostColourPop x Zoella Brunch Date Collection Review & Swatches

One collection that ColourPop released that I initially was going to do a hard pass on was the Zoella Brunch Date collection. One, I'm just not a massive Zoella fan anymore after all the scandals and just grew out of her channel on YouTube. And two, it just isn't that exciting. But as you can guess by the title, I ended up getting a good chunk of the collection. The only things from the collection I skipped on were the lip liners, blush, and highlighter as I don't use lip liners and don't need any more of the other two items.…
View PostSwatches & Comparison Of All The ColourPop Jelly Much Shadows

One of my favorite products at the moment is the ColourPop Jelly Much Shadows. I use them on almost a daily basis either as a base for other eyeshadows or as the only thing I wear for shadows to work. These just make getting ready in the morning super easy. So I have gotten every single shade that has been released. I have discussed the initial launch and showed off the newest in the Villain collection, but otherwise haven't brought them back up. Until today, I'm going to break down the entire collection of Jelly Much Shadows by color then do swatch comparisons of those groups.…
View PostI’m Obsessed With The ColourPop x Disney Villains Collection | Overview of the Collection & First Impressions

Let me just say I've been obsessed with Disney my entire life, and honestly some of my favorite characters from the movies are actually the villains. Plus ColourPop releases bomb products so I got almost the entire collection. I skipped out on a few of the glosses and all of the creme lipsticks since those aren't things I would reach for. But I thought I would get two of the glosses since I don't have any in my collection, and on an extremely rare occasion I want a gloss.…
View PostCan We Dupe it? Anastasia Beverly Hills Riviera Palette

I'm going to do a new mini-series on my blog where I take some of the palettes out of my luxury or high end bin and try to recreate it using individual shadows that I have in my collection. I'm not going to do every palette in my collection as some of them have a lot of shadows that I know I can't recreate. And I don't know of the palettes I picked out if I can honestly recreate them completely but that's why I wanted to do this series. As I'm mentioning I'm just going to focus on recreating the palettes from individual shadows as in the end if I have a lot of the same tones I'm going to de-clutter those pans. 'Cause I can't think of any better way to go through them where I won't instantly go where is that one shadow. So to start with I'm going to start with one of the more recent palettes to join my collection: Anastasia Beverly Hills Riviera.…
View PostBlack Moon Cosmetics Orb of Light – Full Moon Palette Review

Last year I built up a lot of points at Ulta and hadn't used a large majority of them. And being on a low buy, I didn't want to spend money on anything new. However, there are some products that have been on my wishlist forever so I decided to just get one item using those points. That being the Black Moon Cosmetics Orb of Light - Full Moon Palette which was recently released at Ulta.…
