Tarte Tartelette Toasted Palette Review, Tutorial & Swatches

One of the few high end or mid-range eyeshadows I ever tried was the Tarte Tartelette palette. And it has remained my favorite ever since then. That continued unto their In Bloom palette, which I've almost hit pan on a few of the shadows in that palette. So when they announced the Toasted palette in this collection, I was over the moon and knew I would be purchasing it at some point in the future. This palette in the Tartelette range contains all the warm and rich shades from 7 mattes to 5 shimmers. Each row is designed to be a complete look but you can mix-and-match them as you please.
