Quick Rushing Out the Door Fall Makeup Tutorial

Quick Rushing Out the Door Fall Makeup Tutorial

When I get up early in the morning to get ready for work, I rarely leave myself a lot of time to do things like hair and makeup. I end up just doing a quick five minutes hair and makeup, while I'm waiting for Pixie to finish eating breakfast. Sometimes I get some more time so I add in more elements or refine my makeup some more. But when I'm in a rush, there's no time for that. It has to be quick and not look like you applied makeup in the dark. So here is the routine I typically follow every morning before work.…

When I'm in the mood to do creative makeup and can't think of what to do, or want to learn how to pull a look together I think to look at Milk1422's account on Instagram. This incredible artist creates amazing face charts and since it is the Halloween season I decided to recreate this clown one that I saw on there the other day.…

Makeup Bingo with the Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Vault Collection

Makeup Bingo with the Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Vault Collection

I can't remember where I first saw this challenge. Basically it's you use a number generator to determine what shadows in a palette you have to use to create a look. Since I just got the Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Vault Collection, I thought it would be a fun to attempt this challenge using all four of the palettes. I did one generator focused on the palettes (1-4) each referring to the palettes in the order I reviewed them. Then another one that's 1-10 referring to the shadows in that palette. I ran both of these generators six times since on average that's generally the number of shadows I use in an eyeshadow look.…

I Tried Following a Madeyewlook Makeup Tutorial – Alice: Madness Returns Insane Children

I Tried Following a Madeyewlook Makeup Tutorial – Alice: Madness Returns Insane Children

I've been trying to get better at body painting as it's something I want to do more regularly on my makeup YouTube channel. And I love watching Madeyewlook on both YouTube and Twitch, recently she was playing Alice: Madness Returns which got me to start playing it. And a few years ago she did a tutorial on the asylum children... I don't know where those occur as I didn't watch that part of the stream nor have gotten that far in the game but it seemed like a good combination of makeup and body painting. So I thought I would try following that tutorial. As it didn't seem extremely difficult and is on a game I'm playing at the moment.…

I Tried Following a Glam & Gore Makeup Tutorial

I Tried Following a Glam & Gore Makeup Tutorial

This has been a massive trend on YouTube and I wanted to give it a go myself. I hadn't been feeling great the last few days and today I woke up feeling 100% better, so I thought I would try my hand at this. Now I don't know who the originator of this trend was considering I know a lot of people have done following "blank" tutorials for a while. So when I was debating on what tutorial to follow two individuals came to mind: JKissa Makeup and Glam & Gore. So when looking at their videos, the Mad Max inspired makeup tutorial just called to me so I decided to give it a go myself.…

Tarte Tartelette Toasted Palette Review, Tutorial & Swatches

Tarte Tartelette Toasted Palette Review, Tutorial & Swatches

One of the few high end or mid-range eyeshadows I ever tried was the Tarte Tartelette palette. And it has remained my favorite ever since then. That continued unto their In Bloom palette, which I've almost hit pan on a few of the shadows in that palette. So when they announced the Toasted palette in this collection, I was over the moon and knew I would be purchasing it at some point in the future. This palette in the Tartelette range contains all the warm and rich shades from 7 mattes to 5 shimmers. Each row is designed to be a complete look but you can mix-and-match them as you please. The formula of this range is incredible. They glide on like butter and are super long-wearing. Plus I've never found them to be chalky or patchy. Plus they blend like a dream!…

ColourPop Fall Eyeshadows & Ultra Satin Lips

ColourPop Fall Eyeshadows & Ultra Satin Lips

One of my favorite brands is ColourPop, they're products are typically really good quality and are drugstore prices. So I love trying almost everything they come out with that I know I will use. So when I saw they came out with their fall collection that was made up of ultra satin lips, pressed powder shadows, super shock shadows, and blushes. I don't really reach for super shock shadows that I got as I don't really love cream eye products and I hardly wear blush. So I skipped these items from the fall collection by ColourPop.…

One Brand Tutorial & First Impressions: e.l.f.

I've had a lot of e.l.f. products in my makeup collection for ages that I've never touched. So I wanted to see if any of it was actually good and donate the rest. So this is a mixture of first impressions and just a tutorial overall. Some products definitely made the cut while others are going off to new homes. I had to seriously cut down the video too as it was an hour worth of footage. So hope you all enjoy!…
