Video Games I Have Spent the Most Time Playing

Video Games I Have Spent the Most Time Playing

I saw this idea from Angelika Oles and thought it would be a fun idea. Most of the games featured on this list are my all-time favorite games. By no means is this every game I've ever played or the true total amount. As I've switched computers several times over the years, and the Nintendo Switch gives a rough estimate with only 20 games displayed. One of the games on this list wasn't displayed but I based the time on how long the game takes on average. If I had the stats for how much time I played The Sims 2 and 3 those would be on here too, but sadly I don't know the answer to that as I played on my dad's laptop and a computer I left behind years ago. Plus, those were played on physical disks so I don't have those stats. I also grouped games of a series together as I feel that gives a more accurate portrayal of the time I spent in those worlds.…

Looking Back at the Games I Played in 2022

Looking Back at the Games I Played in 2022

I played a lot of games in the last year. Typically, I don't do a wrap-up type post in regard to the games I played. But I figured why not this year. I'm not really going to go into my thoughts on every game as most of them have a review on my blog. I'll link those where appropriate. I also included a highlight reel from my twitch streams, since a majority of the games were featured in this video (as well as some body painting but the majority are on the games). So, what all did I play?…

My Favorite Cozy Video Games

My Favorite Cozy Video Games

I love a cozy game. Those games that you just throw on for a relaxing time that don't require a lot of brain power. Or they could if you really wanted to push things, but for the most part, it's just a chill time. So, I thought I would go through the games I turn to when I want to play something chill.…

Happy Bunny Day (aka Easter)

Happy Bunny Day (aka Easter)

t's been two years since Animal Crossing: New Horizons came out. And the 3rd Bunny Day since it was released. So, I thought I would do another take on the event by body painting. The first one I ever did was Zipper with eggs on my face, and this year I decided to do both on my chest instead. I love both looks, but especially love this year since it shows improvement. …

Animal Crossing New Horizons: What 10 Villagers I Would Love to Have?

Animal Crossing New Horizons: What 10 Villagers I Would Love to Have?

One of my favorite things to do in Animal Crossing New Horizons is interacting with my villagers. Now, I do have ten villagers but there are some I would prefer it if they weren't on my island. So, in a dream world (or what I'm going to try to make happen) these are the villagers I would love to have living on my island with me. Some of these I already have, so I have made some progress towards this.…

Animal Crossing New Horizons Book Tag

Animal Crossing New Horizons Book Tag

While I wasn't tagged to do this, I saw it over on BooksNest and considering I have been religiously playing Animal Crossing New Horizons every day, I wanted to give it a go myself. This tag was created by Angharad and Becky at Two Book Thieves.…

Happy Bunny Day Everyone! Thoughts on the First Holiday Event in Animal Crossing New Horizons

Happy Bunny Day Everyone! Thoughts on the First Holiday Event in Animal Crossing New Horizons

Well the day has finally come for Bunny Day in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Honestly, this event has been annoying and disappointing to say the least. Every single resource in the game was taken over by eggs. The event ran from April 1st to April 12th, which also co-resided with the Sakura (Cherry Blossom) event to the point where you couldn't even get that event's items.…

Animal Crossing New Horizons: How to Wish on Shooting Stars

Animal Crossing New Horizons: How to Wish on Shooting Stars

I've been playing a lot of Animal Crossing New Horizons like 115+ hours of it, and the other night I had a meteor shower. I've been trying not to make a post about literally everything in the game, but I was in a mood to make one for this event since it's a rare material needed for wands and celestial items.…

Animal Crossing New Horizons: Opening Up All the Buildings

Animal Crossing New Horizons: Opening Up All the Buildings

I seriously can't put down Animal Crossing New Horizons, so I thought I would do another post on it going over how to get all of the main buildings on your not-so deserted island. Those being the two shops (Nook's Cranny Shop and Able Sisters Tailor Shop), Blather's Museum, the campsite, and the updated Resident Services building.…

A Beginner’s Look at Animal Crossing New Horizons

A Beginner’s Look at Animal Crossing New Horizons

Nintendo has finally released Animal Crossing New Horizons on the Switch. Previous to this I have only played the Pocket Camp Edition, which was the mobile mini version of the game. New Horizons is similar to this in that you do a lot of the same concepts, but on a different level and there are more things to do/customize. Since I've basically spent the last two days obsessed with this game, I thought I would do a basic review of the game. I'm not doing time jumping, so I'm not that far into the game. I'll probably do some additional posts on this in the future, though it might just be one of those games that I play a lot but don't write a whole ton about. Since it has a more relaxed feel to it similar to Stardew Valley.…
